ReloAction, a regional corporate relocation firm planning to go national, first asked The Ideas Group to build a new corporate Web site. This critical initiative was to be the cornerstone of their national effort as ReloAction strove to become the first company to deliver high-touch, personalized relocation services on the Web.



A thorough examination of ReloAction's business objectives and competitive landscape led The Ideas Group to respond with recommendations for a strategic corporate brand re-launch to better communicate their new positioning and unique technology.

To help achieve their aggressive expansion goals, The Ideas Group set our sights on building a powerful, new brand that reflected ReloAction’s unique strengths -- a technology advantage and award-winning high-touch services -- and a comprehensive, integrated marketing program.

The path to this re-launch came in the form of an award-winning new logo, tagline, and identity system that has put ReloAction at the top of its league. The brand color palette, look, and feel reflect the company’s unique selling proposition and act as the foundation for all marketing efforts.

The Web initiative followed quickly on the heels of the brand re-launch, solidifying ReloAction's position and providing them with a dynamic, scalable Web presence ahead and above their competition. Using The Ideas Group’s custom site management tools, ReloAction has been able to maintain its brand with highly scalable, cost-efficient tools.

The extension of the brand has continued with the addition of brochures, trade show support, media kits, and corporate video. The most effective of these has been a unique online/offline promotion. An innovatively themed direct mail program continues to drive targets to an interactive Web interface and builds relationships with existing and prospective customers.

ReloAction credits The Ideas Group’s work with assisting them in landing their first two national accounts, thereby achieving their goals of becoming a national player, and growing 300 percent within a two-year period.
